Terms of Service

1. Introduction

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of LogoNuri ("we", "us", "our"), a Texas limited liability company. By using LogoNuri, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Service Description

LogoNuri is a browser-based tool that converts logo images into production-ready assets including SVGs, favicons, social preview images, and PWA manifests. Logo processing — vectorization, background removal, color extraction, favicon and social-image generation, and AI super-resolution — happens entirely in your browser using WebAssembly and Web Workers; your source image is not uploaded in order to process it.

Some features are opt-in and do use our servers. Saving a project to the cloud or publishing a public brand kit uploads the selected assets to Cloudflare R2 under your account. Importing a logo or image from a URL, and the website screenshot tool, send the address you enter to our server so the page can be fetched. AI logo generation sends your prompt directly from your browser to OpenAI using your own API key. Our Privacy Policy describes exactly what is stored in each case.

3. Accounts

You may use LogoNuri's core features, including saving one project locally in your browser, without an account. To sync projects to the cloud, publish a brand kit, or upgrade to Pro, you must create an account using a valid email address. We use passwordless authentication via magic links sent to your email.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your email account, which controls access to your LogoNuri account. One account per email address.

4. Billing & Subscriptions

LogoNuri offers two tiers:

• Free — $0/forever. Core in-browser processing (vectorization, SVGO optimization, background removal, color palette, favicon previews, social cards, currentColor variants, direct SVG download), AI logo generation using your own OpenAI API key, AI super-resolution and AI background removal at up to 5 operations per day, unlimited watermarked QR codes, and 1 project saved locally in your browser.
• Pro (Monthly) — $9/month. Unlimited saved projects with cloud sync, one-click Brand Kit ZIP, all bundle downloads (favicon package, social card pack, PWA splash pack), PDF export and PNG at a chosen resolution, batch processing of up to 10 logos, public hosted brand kit sharing, QR codes without a watermark, dynamic QR codes with editable destinations and scan analytics, email support, and unlimited AI super-resolution and AI background removal.
• Pro (Yearly) — $59/year. Same Pro features as monthly, billed annually for a discounted rate.

Features we describe anywhere on this site as planned, in development, or “coming soon” — including Figma export and Canva export — are not part of the Pro subscription, are not promised on any date, and should not be relied on when deciding whether to subscribe.

Pricing, feature inclusion, and plan limits may change over time; we will provide reasonable notice of changes that affect existing paying subscribers. Payments are processed by Stripe. You may cancel your subscription at any time through the billing portal accessible from the app. Upon cancellation, you retain access to Pro features until the end of your current billing period, after which your account reverts to the Free tier and is subject to Free-tier limits (including the 1-project cap on locally saved projects).

Refund policy. LogoNuri has a generous, self-serve-first approach to refunds:

• 14-day money-back guarantee on first purchase. If you subscribe for the first time and are not satisfied, email us within 14 days of your initial charge and we will refund that charge in full, no questions asked.
• Monthly renewals. Monthly subscription renewals are non-refundable. You can cancel at any time and you will not be billed again; access continues to the end of the paid period.
• Annual plans. If you cancel an annual plan within 14 days of the initial charge or an annual renewal, we will refund that charge in full. After 14 days, annual charges are non-refundable, but you keep Pro access through the end of the paid term.
• Accidental or duplicate charges. We will refund any clearly accidental, duplicate, or unauthorized charge at any time.
• Service outages. If Pro-only features are materially unavailable for an extended period, contact us and we will issue a pro-rated credit or refund at our discretion.

To request a refund, email support@logonuri.com from the email address on your account. Refunds are issued to the original payment method via Stripe and typically clear within 5–10 business days.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use automated tools to scrape, crawl, or flood the service
• Attempt to bypass authentication or access controls
• Resell or redistribute the service without authorization
• Use the service for any unlawful purpose

6. Intellectual Property

You retain all rights to the images you upload and the outputs generated by LogoNuri. We claim no ownership or license over your content. Since all processing occurs client-side, your images never leave your device.

The LogoNuri name, logo, and source code are our property.

7. Privacy

Your use of LogoNuri is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your data.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

LogoNuri is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, LogoNuri shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly. Our aggregate liability for any claims arising out of or related to these Terms or the service shall not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or (b) USD $100.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Tarrant County, Texas, and you consent to personal jurisdiction and venue in those courts.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to LogoNuri at any time for violation of these Terms. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us. Upon termination, your data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted to this page with an updated effective date. For material changes, we will notify you via the email address associated with your account. Your continued use of LogoNuri after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
